REGISTRATION FOR CHILD CARE DURING ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2014

We are thankful for Wesley United Methodist Church for hosting childcare this year!

We are especially thankful that we are able to offer childcare free of charge this year because of the generosity of the York River District!

Staffed childcare for day and evening sessions will be available at Wesley United Methodist located at 2510 N. Armistead Avenue Hampton, Virginia 23666, which is less than 3 miles from the Hampton Convention Center.

Childcare will be a mini-VBS experience using Cokesbury’s Workshop of Wonders, where kids will discover how to imagine and build with God! At WOW VBS, children will discover how the ordinary becomes extraordinary with God. Children will experience the love of Jesus, start an adventure, and use their imagination and creativity to build their faith. Each day children will meet people from the Bible who used what they had to produce something amazing with God. Children at WOW VBS will use their hearts, minds, and imagination to participate in the creative life of God, the one who works wonders! Lunch and Snacks will be provided each day.

Parent Resources Onsite at Hampton Convention Center

The “Parents’ Place” (not staffed) will also be available on-site at the Hampton Convention Center (located in Room 201 of the Convention Center). This is a room available for parents to play with, rock, and feed children.

It has rocking chairs, cribs, changing tables, play mats, some toys, a TV and DVD player.
