a person who holds a warrant to practise the profession of accountant under the Accountancy Profession Act
a person who is a member if the Malta Institution of Taxation
a person who is in possession of a warrant to practise as an advocate under the Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure
a notary holding a warrant to practise as a notary in Malta
a person authorised to act as a trustee or to provide other fiduciary duties in terms of the Trusts & Trustees Act
a person holding a warrant to practise as a legal procurator
a company service provider not falling under any of the categories mentioned above

hereby apply to register with the Commissioner for Revenue as a representative in connection with the provision of electronic services over the internet.
