Students and graduates, who want to participate in the traineeship, shall provide the following documents with their application until the determined deadline (1 March, 1 June, 1 September or 1 December):

Official letter of acceptance from the host organisation;
Motivational letter to the selection commission (in English);
Copies of the diploma of the lower cycle studies with appendixes without the approval mark (for the first year master's or doctoral students only!).

Students and graduates, who want to participate in the traineeship, can submit the following additional documents:

List of scientific publications;
List of presentations (oral or poster), presented at scientific conferences;
List of scientific projects they have been or are participating in.

Decision regarding award of mobility scholarship for "Erasmus +" traineeship is made following the Rector's order No. A-129 "On Approval of the Guidelines for Selection of Students and Graduates for Traineeship under "Erasmus +" programme" of 29 March 2017 and Decree No. PP-79 of the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Development "On Setting of the Period of traineeship for the Graduates of "Erasmus +" Programme" of 18 May 2016.
Decision of the selection commission regarding award of mobility scholarship for "Erasmus+" traineeship:
