Who is this form for?
This application form is for Society members who have completed IAPTaccredited training as either Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) or High Intensity Practitioners (HIs) and wish to join the Society’s register of IAPT trained members.

Do I have to send in my certificates?
You will need to provide confirmation of your IAPTaccredited training. The Society will normally accept photocopies of certificates.
How long does the application process take?
We will be able to confirm your registration within two weeks of receiving your application.
Can I be removed from the register?
Should your membership lapse for any reason, then you will automatically be removed from the register. You will also be removed from the register if you do not pay the annual registration fee.
Application and register fees
Payment methods are shown on the form. We cannot run Direct Debit payments for your initial application and registration. However, when your next subscription is due you will be able to pay your annual register fee by Direct Debit.
Please note that once you have been admitted to the register, there is an annual fee to maintain your registration in subsequent years.
