NOTE: The test site will be announced at a later time. Transportation provided from High School. No admittance after 8:00 a.m. on test date.
All Junior students who are taking the PSAT will pay half of the registration fee. Burkburnett ISD will pay the other half of the registration fee. Juniors will pay $6.00.
Freshmen and Sophomore students who plan to take the PSAT will pay the full registration price of $13.00.
ALL students wishing to take the PSAT may register in the Guidance Office. Bring the top half of this page and the appropriate fee in the form of cash or check (payable to BHS Testing).
JUNIOR STUDENTS who participate in the free and/or reduced school lunch program may be eligible for a fee waiver when taking the PSAT for the FIRST time. Complete this form and return to the Guidance Office to register for the PSAT.

· Register in the Guidance Office before the deadline of October 3.
· READ the Student Bulletin and TAKE the Practice PSAT included.
· Bring a picture ID (your school ID card is good), and know your Social Security Number and your school ID number.
· Bring two No. 2 pencils and an approved calculator.
· Report directly to the High School and you will be bused to testing site.
· No one is admitted after 8:00 a.m.
· No school transportation is provided.
· Do not bring food, drinks (even bottled water), medication, alarms, electronic devices, books, dictionaries, highlighters, handheld computers, compasses, rulers, or any other assistive study aid devices.
· Get a good night’s rest and eat a good breakfast.
· Wear short sleeves, but bring a light jacket or sweater.
