b.DI WBKB-time for regional play were discussed; region ballots need to be sent to Johnna Kinney, Darren Pannier will do the seeding; region tournament format will be voted on at the fall meeting; possibly hire an assignor; need to be consistent with table officials/statisticians/scorers at region games.
c.DI Softball-no report.
d.DII Softball-discussed regional tournament; Flo Valley will be hosting it April 29 & 30th at Wiethaupt Field in STL.

Need a web coordinator, will re-visit this issue at the Spring meeting.
- New Business
 
- Welcome to Wentworth. They have joined the Region. They will automatically be the last seed in 2011/2012.
 - NATYCAA report from Jay Mehrhoff-they are pushing for NJCAA/California/Northwest to align with the NCAA, for the NACDA website go to NATYCAA, click on “Best Practices”.
 - Hall of Fame voting
 
- STLCC update-2010/2011 dropped from 23 sports to 15. For 2011/2012 will drop from 15 to 7 sports (District-wide teams in Baseball, M/W basketball, M/W soccer, Softball and Volleyball). Baseball will not need to re-draw. DII BKB passed a motion to move up their rotation for 2012 then will re-draw. Does not affect DI Soccer since the highest seed will host. At the Spring meeting we will need to vote for Region Directors/Assistants leaving.
 - Hall of Fame inductees: Gene Bess and JoEllen Stringer.
