Architectural Design Request for Approval (Form A)

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) require that a Property Owner obtain the prior written approval of the Architectural Committee for any exterior alteration or addition to property within the Ridgeview Estates Community.

To comply with the CC&R’s, please complete the form below. Attach a detailed drawing, sketch, or blueprint of the proposed alteration and/or addition. The drawing should specify dimensions, material to be used and colors. This application and the drawing will be either retained or copied for the HOA records.

Homeowner agrees to comply with all applicable city, state & federal laws, and to obtain all necessary permits. Approval by the Architectural Committee shall not be deemed a warranty or representation as to the quality of such construction, installation, addition, alteration, repair, change or other work, or that work confirms to any applicable building codes or other federal state or local law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation.

Architectural Committee requests will be reviewed within 30 days from receipt of completed design request form, plot plan, color and materials samples. Requests may be approved, denied or returned for additional information.

Prior to Architectural Committee review, the Property Owner understands and agrees that NO work shall commence until approval of the Architectural Committee has been received by Property Owner. Sample, photo or web link MUST be included. Incomplete submissions will be denied. Unless otherwise specified, the homeowner will have 60 days from the date of the approval letter to complete the project.
