(1)Room Arrangements: It is our pleasure to confirm on a definite basis the following room arrangements:

Room arrangements guarantee that you will have the number of rooms listed above until the cut-off date, however the placement of these rooms may not be all together due to room types.

(2)Individual Guarantee: Rooms must be guaranteed for to an individual’s credit card. A guaranteed room reservation assures a room for your attendees regardless of their arrival time. Any guaranteed reservations not cancelled by 4:00pm on the arrival date will be billed to the credit card or against the advance deposit.

(3)Account Payment Arrangements: Your Master Account is due upon conclusion of your program and must be reviewed and paid at the Front Desk prior to departure. Wristbands for our water park will be purchased at the time of check in. A total of four wristbands will be handed out with a standard non-poolside suite and a total of five wristbands will be handed out with a poolside suite. Only five additional bands may be purchased per room at a charge of $15.00 each.

(4)Final Function Arrangements: A Sales Department representative will contact you as time grows near your arrival date to discuss and finalize your exact room set-up requirements, menu selections if applicable, and audiovisual equipment needs if applicable. Please advise us of all changes to your agenda so that we may best serve your specific program requirements:

(5)Re-negotiation of Agreement: The pricing for your program has been negotiated based upon the dates, number of guest rooms and function requirements, as specified in this agreement. If these requirements are changed, we reserve the right to renegotiate this agreement.
