Duties:
1) Lead the R & D and design teams, develop overall solutions, address key technologies, complete new product development and testing;
2) The introduction of internationally competitive products, application promotion, products: 16-65nm for the FEOL TRACK and wet equipment;
3) To bring new products, new technologies, new ideas, to provide future technology, product development.
Special skills:
1) Over 10 years of work experience within the industry; a deep understanding of litho process and wet process, to understand the international cutting-edge technology;
