2012 – 2013 Budget Report with including carryover from 2011-2012 and Premium Rebate Funding for current year of $35, 030. The District did received 100% of our rebate funding.

Purpose/Objective for today’s meeting:
Confirm Safety Incentive Programs/Discuss Ways to Recruit New Members
· Safety Incentive Program - Online Safety Trainings –
· Two certificates were selected for September and two for October. Winners will receive a $50 Miners gift card. The winners are:
o Annette Lewis - Grover Heights Instructional Assistant
o Kendall Jackson - Grover Heights Teacher
o Jessica Dare – Grover Heights Instructional Assistant
o Erva Cowden – Warehouse
o Currently we have received (21) certificates for the month of December
· Confirm details regarding Safety Incentive Program Contest
· Confirm the amount to award contest winner
· Mike Bruffey - Presentation on SIPE Online Safety Quiz
· The first set of Site Safety Inspections will be completed by Mike Bruffey over
Winter Break.
· Discuss ideas for recruiting new Safety Committee members
