The document is to be a WORD document 5000 words maximum (saved using the RTF format) oriented normal mode with top and bottom margins of 2.5 cm, left 2 cm and right 2 cm. Headers and footers 1.25 cm. Binding 0 cm.

Capitals are not to be accented.
