We are 100% grass fed with no grain finish on our registered Polled miniature Hereford cow herd. We sell by the ½ for the logistics are easier for us to only sell halves.
Price is $2.50 lb hanging weight to us and then buyer pays 50% of the $90 kill fee plus cut/wrap price that averages about $0.44 per pound depending on what cuts you get.

The Blenderis the most popular accessory for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer. Its virtually unbreakable 6-cup bowl is strong enough to snow ice cubes all day long. This blender, with its tremendous cyclonic action, will puree fruits and vegetables to perfection at speeds up to 13,000 RPM's, as well as cracking grain. A built-in lid funnel lets you add liquid ingredients without stopping or removing the lid. The blender locks onto the Bosch mixer base, so it can't be bumped off during use.Tip:The blender lid doubles as a handy "wrench" that makes removal and replacement of the blade assembly fast & easy, but remember that rather than unscrewing all the way, you just give it a quarter-turn, then it pulls straight out easily. When you put it back in, one blade-tip flares out a bit further than the others so you'll need to tip the blade assembly just a trifle while reinserting, to let that blade tip slip in. Once you know that trick, it's very easy to do. Note: All Bosch Universal Plus mixer bases include the high speed drive attachment point (which is at the top of the vertical section housing the motor), so this blender will work on any Universal Plus mixer.
