OBJECTIVE
A software team management position in a company looking for managerial and technical excellence to achieve its needs where passion, people skills, and integrity make all the difference.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
· Highly motivated, experienced, and task-oriented director/manager who has significantly distinguished himself in every company worked for.
· Responsible for conceiving, managing, and patenting critical technologies in previous companies.
· Promoted to R&D Director in Finjan Ltd. in 2006.
· Managed Finjan’s Jerusalem R&D facility on a daily basis throughout its six-year history.
· Recognized for dedicated team support and leadership by example. Developed teams based on professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity needed to achieve the company’s goals.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
· Responsible for the R&D group that conceived, implemented, and maintained Finjan’s core content-scanning technology (patent pending). The technology was essentially a proprietary virtual machine for scanning web-based content in real-time, coupled with a domain-specific language and compiler for writing surgically accurate semantic rules to detect malware. This technology is what currently gives Finjan the technological edge over all other competition.
· Recruited, trained, and managed a world-class MS Windows internals group in Alchemedia (developers of the Clever Content™ technology for proactively safeguarding digital assets). Alchemedia’s product was totally reliant on the group’s Windows internals ‘magic’.
· Devised the breakthrough Windows internals technology embedded in Accent Software’s WordPoint™ product line (also makers of the world’s first fully multilingual word processor). Self-learned the Windows internals technical knowledge needed.
