For the purpose of NCSEA’s analysis, we need to be able to also disaggregate these data according to in-state (delivered and located in NC) and out-of state certificates that are retired (either voluntarily or through REPS Compliance). We would therefore like to request data in the same form as the table above, but with each column split into in-state (located in NC) retired, in-state (delivered to NC) retired, and out of state retired, like the one below, and a paragraph (*) of what all is included in that total number of certificates.

- Create a new report ‘Certificates Retired by Fuel Type’ withthe following columns:
# Certificates / Total quantity of RECs retired in NC-RETS (includes RECs from NC-RETSProjects, Imported RECs and Energy Efficiency Certificates)
In State (Located in NC) / Total quantity of retired certificates marked as In Statebecause the project is located in NC
In State (Delivered to NC) / Total quantity of retired certificatesmarked as In Statebecause the RECs were delivered to NC
Out of State / Total quantity of retired certificatesmarked as Out of Statebecause the project was located outside of North Carolina
- Add a paragraph under the report:
