We are also seeking returning families to volunteer as a “Buddy Family” for our new families. This role requires the buddy family to be available to answer questions and make our new families feel welcome to help with a smooth transition throughout this school year. Buddy Families will receive 25 service hours for such a noble act of kindness.
We are seeking anyone who is able to translate newsletters and other documents for administration, staff and teachers. Translators will receive the full 50 service hours.

We have a great team of office staff that will assist you with uniforms, scholarships, registration, etc. Unless you are seeking their assistance, please remain outside until the ‘God in All Things’ and the ‘Eagle’ gate is open for dismissal. This will help to avoid congestion in the office.
St. John Parents have expressed concerns about the overflow of cars at the parking lot in the morning drop off and afternoon pickup. We are aware of the situation and in the process of finding the best solution as we confer with our Pastor. There are some challenges and limitations due to the increased student enrollment and limited space. Maintaining a safe environment is our priority.

We would like to recognize families that have been living out our Root Belief of making every minute counts. You have made every attempt to arrive to school on time. As the primary educators of your children, you are teaching them a valuable life-long skill that they will apply in high school, college and career.
We ended the 2015-2016 school year with a 96% attendance rate. Your challenge is to at least maintain this rate or better. Mrs. Solorzano will include a quarterly attendance report at the end of each quarter in the Ready Now newsletter.

También estamos buscando familias que regresan a San juan a ofrecerse como un "amigo de la familia" para nuestras nuevas familias. Esta función requiere que el amigo de la familia esté disponible para responder preguntas y hacer que nuestras nuevas familias se sientan bienvenidas y ayudar con una suave transición a lo largo de este año escolar. Los amigos de familias recibirán 25 horas de servicio por este acto tan noble y lleno de bondad.

Hay algunos desafíos y limitaciones debido al aumento de la matrícula de estudiantes y el espacio limitado. Mantener un ambiente seguro es nuestra prioridad.

Como los primeros educadores de sus hijos, usted les está enseñando una habilidad de por vida valiosa que aplicarán en la escuela secundaria, la universidad y la carrera.
Terminamos el año escolar 2015-2016 con una tasa de asistencia del 96%. Su reto es, al menos, mantener esta tasa o mejor. La señora Solórzano incluirá un informe de asistencia trimestral al final de cada trimestre en el boletín listo ahora.
