The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) is providing notification thatthe public en banc hearing originally scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2008, beginning at 9:30 a.m. will now begin at
8:30 a.m. in the CommonwealthKeystoneBuilding in Harrisburg. The PUC also is releasing the final agenda which is attached. Announced by the Secretarial Letter issued onOctober 29, 2008, this hearing was originally scheduled for Thursday, November 13,2008, at 12:30 p.m. The Commission will hold the public en banc hearing to seekinformation from experts on alternative energy resources, as well as energy conservationand efficiency, and demand side response (DSR) tools and programs to assist consumers. This hearing is a continuation of the DSR investigation at Docket No. No. M-00061984, which was reopened in September 2006, and resulted in the compilation of a WorkingGroup Report in June 2007.
