Dear <Benefits Administrator Name>,

We are writing as a follow-up to the letter we sent you in December regarding your current Health Net plan. By now, you should have received renewal materialsfrom Health Net with information about your coverage options for the upcoming year. We would like to provide you with additional information about UnitedHealthcare and our Oxford1 products, should you decide to change your coverage.

If you are satisfied with your current Health Net plan, it will stay in effect until your next renewal and you will continue to receive the same service levels as you do today. However, we encourage you to make the move to our Oxford products now. To make your transition easy, we will not require any tax documentation or binder checks to enroll in an Oxford plan. It’s that smooth! Plus, brokers are being trained on this process so they may answer your questions and help guide you in this process.
