RE: Donation to Eldersburg Rogue Runners

The Eldersburg 5K Labor Day Rogue Race & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

To Whom It May Concern:

The Eldersburg Rogue Runners are in the final stages of planning our 10th Annual Labor Day Rogue Race. Last year’s race was a great success and we are hoping that you will be a sponsor this year. In years past we have had over 300 runners and we are hoping to have the best turnout ever in 2013.

All proceeds from the race are used to support ERR as it fulfills its mission of supporting local runners and area youth and high school athletes. In the past, ERR has sponsored Spring Youth Track & Field Teams, HS Athletes traveling to the Footlocker Cross Country Championships, a Summer Running Retreat, and adult Marathon Relay teams. We also sponsor a weekly Bagel Run on Saturday morning and support area races and high school running teams as needed.

As a representative of the Eldersburg Rogue Runners, I am asking your company for a donation. We are grateful for any support you can provide. The following levels of donation for your consideration are:

PLATINUM $1,000

GOLD $500

SILVER $250

BRONZE $100

Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsorships will receive prominent placement on the race tee shirt and will vary in size.

If you prefer to sponsor the race in like-and-kind (product, gift certificates, etc.), we welcome that kind of support as well and your support will be noted on the ERR website and certainly at the race as well. We present such products and gift certificates in a raffle and publicize the donor’s name.

We pride ourselves in loyally supporting our sponsors. Additionally, if you have information on your company you would like included in our race packet, we can certainly do that as well. Simply provide 300 or more copies of the flyer or coupon you would like us to distribute. The Eldersburg Rogue Runners is a non-profit organization and your donation can be tax deductible.
