RCM for Windows NT

Summary

Revision Configuration Management (RCM) is a revision and configuration reporting system. It collects configuration and revision data from a system and sends it to a secure data repository within Compaq Customer Services. This data repository is the RCM Server. The data collected gives details of the hardware and software configuration of the system. It includes, where applicable, version and revision information. The data is then made available through the RCM user interface, where Compaq's technical specialists view the data in the form of reports.
