Rate Schedule

RATE SCHEDULE

This Rate Schedule, as amended from time to time, is incorporated into and made a part of the Dog Daycare and Boarding Services Agreement ("Agreement") between Kennel Operator (as defined in the Agreement) and Owner (as defined in the Agreement).

Daycare Rates

·  $25.00 per day for each calendar day, or part thereof, on which daycare Services (as defined in the Agreement) are provided for your Dog (as defined in the Agreement) (with pick up of your Dog during the morning between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and drop off during the afternoon/evening between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM on the same date).

·  $15.00 per day for each calendar day, or part thereof, for each Additional Dog (as defined in the Agreement) of Owner on which daycare Services are provided for each Additional Dog (with pick up and drop off of each Additional Dog being on the same date and at the same times as set forth above for daycare Services provided for your Dog).

Overnight Boarding Rates

·  $45.00 per twenty-four (24) hour period during which overnight boarding Services are provided for your Dog, and $25.00 for any period less than twenty-four (24) hours during which Services are provided for your Dog, (with pick up of your Dog during the morning between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM on the first date on which Services are provided, and with drop off of your Dog during the afternoon/evening between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM on the last date on which Services are provided).

·  $15.00 per day for each calendar day, or part thereof, for each Additional Dog of Owner during which overnight boarding Services are provided for each Additional Dog (with pick up and drop off of each Additional Dog being on the same dates and times as set forth above for Services provided for your Dog).

Grooming Rates

·  Upon Owner's request, Kennel Operator will bath your Dog and any Additional Dog of Owner for a $15.00 fee per dog.

Cancellation Fees

·  If Owner desires to cancel provision of overnight boarding Services scheduled for your Dog and, if applicable, scheduled for any Additional Dog of Owner, Kennel Operator must receive an email, text or other written communication from Owner cancelling the scheduled overnight boarding Services for your Dog and, if applicable, any Additional Dog, not later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to 12:00 A.M. Midnight on the first date on which overnight boarding Services are scheduled to be provided for your Dog and, if applicable, any Additional Dog of Owner ("Cancellation Notice Deadline").

If Kennel Operator fails to receive an email, text or other written communication from Owner prior to the Cancellation Notice Deadline cancelling the scheduled overnight boarding Services for your Dog and, if applicable, any Additional Dog, then Owner shall be obligated to pay Kennel Operator a Cancellation Fee (as defined in the Agreement) in the amount of $35.00 per twenty-four (24) hour period during which overnight boarding Services were scheduled for your Dog , and $20.00 for any period less than twenty-four (24) hours during which Services were scheduled to be provided for your Dog and in the amount of $15.00 for each calendar day, or part thereof, for each Additional Dog for the period during which overnight boarding Services were scheduled to be provided.
