  • Worked as a State M & E Manager-Bihar at GRM Futures Group International (Now Palladium) in Project Ujjwal (funded by UKAid)i.e. Public-Private Partnership in Family Planning during Oct. 2014-Nov. 2015 with responsibility of managing and tracking data, MIS and research studies.
  • Worked as a Research Consultant at A G Consultancies for 7 months (March-September 2014) for tool development and data analysis.
  • Worked as a “Research Officer” in a nationwide large scale research project entitled ‘Reproductive and Child Health - District Level Household Survey- 3 (DLHS-3 RCH)’ at International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS) from June 2009-March 2010 funded by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) with responsibilities communicating with regional agencies, data management and analysis, factsheet designing and report writing.
