Welcome back to another exciting school year! Our district is continuing its participation in the Medicaid to Schools Program so here are some items to get you ramped up for the new year!

The Medicaid to Schools Program requires the district to participate in two companion programs, and our district has partnered with MSB Consulting Group (MSB) to assist with the implementation of these programs as follows:

Random Moment Time Study (RMTS)

The purpose of the RMTS program is to measure how often locally staffed providers across the state provide direct medical services to students throughout the school day. This information is gathered by randomly selecting providers on a quarterly basis to participate in a time study. Since selection for RMTS is random, you may or may not be selected for participation for any given quarter. If you are selected, you will receive an email from a company called School Based Claiming with instructions and training for logging into their system and answering three questions regarding your activities during your selected moment. You will also receive an instructional video of the purpose of this program and what to expect when responding to your moment from MSB.

Clinical Notation - X Logs

The purpose of the clinical notation program, X Logs, is to allow providers to document for health services provided to our special education students on a daily basis. These services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychological services and nursing.

You can access your X Logs account by going to and selecting the “Login” button. If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password” to get access. If you are new to X Logs this year, please go to page 2 for registration instructions. If you have any technical difficulties, please contact MSB's Client Care Team at 855-573-8071.

We understand that some students may have moved out of your care since last year so here are some “how to’s” to get your caseload updated:

Add Students – Video:

  1. Select button with a student sitting in a desk with a green “+” sign above the student list
  2. Type student’s name
  3. Once find student’s name, select their name from the list
  4. If student is not appearing, select the first option in the list to “(create)” the student
  5. Select “Save” to add student

Remove a Student – Video:

  1. Select students name on the left side of the screen
  2. A button will appear on the right, “Remove from Caseload”, to select
  3. Confirm removal

If you are new to X Logs, please follow the instructions below to register for an account. Video tutorial of registration process available here:

Log In Process

All users who will be accessing the program will need to register. Type the website address in your internet browser. Once on our website, select the “Login” button.

As a new user, you must go through the registration process. Towards the right of the screen, look for the prompt: To Register Click here.

New User Registration – Set up Profile

  • Input email address
  • Confirm email address
  • The email address that is entered should be an email where you would expect to receive school information.
  • Select a password and type it in the password field

Choosing your password is an important and personal step. Be sure to choose something that you can easily remember, but that is not easily identifiable by others. For security purposes, passwords must be a minimum of 8 alpha-numeric characters with at least one number.

  • Confirm your password by typing it in again.
  • Enter First Name.
  • Enter Last Name.
  • Enter Job Title.
  • Enter Phone Number. Select “Next”.
  • Respond to all 3 security questions
  • Choose and answer Security Question 3. Select “Next”.
  • Indicate the name of the account (GET FROM ADMIN OR CALL CLIENT CARE AT 855-573-8071) in ALL CAPS, you are requesting to join and then select .
  • Choose Waypoynt/X-Logs and then select
  • Select “Logout”
  • Registration Complete

Additional log in information:

  • Duplicate email addresses will not be allowed. If receive message that Username Already Exists than go back to the main login page and select “Forgot Password”. Once you answer the security questions the system will log you in.
  • You will be sent a welcome email when your account is approved
  • Information collected during the registration process can be accessed by clicking on the “My Profile” Navigation Button
