by massively break the UN-Climate Agreement of Paris by stopping per decree the Clean Power Plan of US Ex-President Barack Obama and by even extra supporting the US oil- gas and coal industry to expand instead of reduce to zero.
A massive break of the UN-Climate Agreement of Paris by the USA as the most CO²-polluting nation as well as the international signal of even empowering the US (and USSR) fossil industry would make collapse the whole UN-Climate Agreement of Paris.
Without strong action of all nations to reduce fossil industry - as it has been confirmed in the UN-Climate Agreement of Paris by all nations – the unreduced fossil emissions would intensify climate change so massively that this causes the destruction of the planet and so the destruction of all people on the planet. This is global genocide!
The US Green Power Plan of Ex-President Barack Obama of the 3rd of August 2015 - with its plan to ambitiously reduce carbon pollution from US power plants, to create standards that address carbon pollution from US power plants, to intensively advance US clean energy innovation and to soon establish US America`s energy future as a fully clean energy future - is the Prototype of national climate plan which has been discussed and decided to be realized by all nations by the UN-Climate Agreement of Paris of the 12th of December 2015.
To stop this US prototype of national climate plan would stop and let collapse the UN-Climate Agreement of Paris.
So to stop by decree the US Clean Energy Plan will within very few years cause the collapse of climate and so global genocide.
President Trump even supports the oil company ExxonMobil by public advertising their actions, see “wir-Klimaretter.de”.
So the investigations of the ICC prosecutor should as well concentrate on the question whether Donald Trump has personal economic interests in ExxonMobil and other fossil industry groups.

The UN General Assembly is urgently supposed to protect their UN-Climate Agreement by a UN declaration which proclaims any massive attack against the UN-Climate Agreement as planned genocide and crime against humanity, with all consequences of international punitive action against single political aggressors or aggressive fossil investors.
