Raffle Donation Form
1. Join us in celebrating and offering an incentive for those young at heart, getting out and playing kickball with Echo Athletics by offering your company’s support for Echo Athletics by making a donation to our weekly Raffles. With weekly raffles during games, participants have the opportunities to win promotional items, such as coupons, and discounts from local business and restaurants.
2. Ticket sales will make up the greatest part of these drawings, where people will be eligible to win a small Opportunity Drawing prize, such as small discount coupons on meals or services. We welcome support in all forms from all types of business to help create publicity for businesses, and Echo Athletics.
3. Echo Athletics is also looking for companies interested in becoming sponsors of our league, where players are able to stop by our leagues restaurant and receive exclusive discounts after presenting our Echo Athletics player’s card. A card created strictly for businesses interested in offering Echo Athletics’ players an exclusive discount for being a participant, ultimately guaranteeing business for the establishments partnered with Echo Athletics.
4. All contributors’ names will be mentioned and thanked during our games, the opportunity drawings and any other publicity associated with the league, a.k.a. FREE advertising for business who choose to support Echo Athletics
5. Raffle donations are a wonderful way to showcase your products and services, gaining terrific exposure to the 1300+ attendees at our event! In return for your donation, you/your company will receive:

· Exposure/positioning of your product or promotional materials for the whole night, while games are being playing and during the time of the raffle.
· Name and Logo recognition on all flyers and business materials, along with being recognized as a supporter/contributor to Echo Athletics.
