POLICIES and CANCELATIONS
- Reservations must be in writing per EMAIL
- During the GREEN SEASON, we require a payment in advance of 30 days
- During the HIGH SEASON, we require a payment in advance of 60 days
- During the PEAK SEASON, after the reservation is made, we require a payment of 50 % of the total 3 days after having received the reservation in order to formalize it.
- There are no refunds once received the payment. Remember, we are a very small Boutique Beachfront Hotel.
