PRODUCT SERIES / MODEL: Safelok I & III Clip Applicator & Remover (SAR).

SERIAL NO: PCAR-0702, PCAR-0901 THRU PCAR-0906, PCAR-1001 THRU PCAR-1004, PCAR-1101 THRU PCAR-1105.

SUMMARY: Remove hex head cap screws and discard, lift and install pressure reducing valve with the supplied hardware.

ACTION: Locate manifold, remove and discard mounting hardware, install pressure reducing manifold with supplied hardware.

Location Of Manifold:

  1. Locate each manifold, one manifold per workhead.

Remove Hardware:

  1. Remove and discard (4) hex head cap screws from the manifold.
  2. Lift the control valve, place any loose o-rings onto underside of control valve.

Installing Pressure Reducing Valve:

  1. Install supplied o-rings onto underside of pressure reducing valve.
  2. Place on top of check valve, orient as in Figure 3.
  3. Place control valve on top of pressure reducing valve, install supplied screws.
  4. After hydraulics has been cycled, check for leaks.
