Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was a senior law clerk at Assurant Health in their Legal Department. There she researched and reported on the Affordable Care Act, researched and analyzed state laws to determine their applicability to and effect on products developed and sold by Assurant, and reviewed contract language to determine compliance with legal requirements.
