QUOTATION NOTICE
Sealed quotation are invited by the Chief Executive Officer, Paschim Banga Go-Sampad Bikash Sanstha from the reliable bonafied and experienced agencies to offer their rate for the Construction of the foundation of VIC-3000 liter as per the Drawing available in the Office of the undersigned for installation of VIC-3000 liters at Frozen Semen Bull Station, Salbani, Paschim Medinipur.
As this is a highly specialized job, agencies having done similar nature of work will be given preference.
The rate should be quoted item wise (as enclosed) inclusive of all charges. No subsequent charges like enhancement or escalation will be allowed under any circumstances.
The Quotationer is requested to visit the working site for their first hand knowledge before submitting their offer. No conditional quotation will be entertained under any circumstance.
The Paschim Banga Go-Sampad Bikash Sanstha will receive and accept only complete sealed quotation on any working day in the office hours (between 10 am to 5 pm) on or before 2 pm of 2nd July 2012 & will be opened at 3 pm on the same day. Quotationer or his authorized representative may remain present on the day at the time of opening.
The undersigned reserves every right to accept or reject any or all quotation without assigning any reason thereof.
Terms & Condition of the Quotation:-
1. Sealed Quotation is to be super scribed with name of the work.
2. The quoted rate shall have to be written both in figures and words in English language only.
3. The rates quoted are open for acceptance within 6(Six) months from the date of opening of the quotation and shall remain valid and binding to all.
4. The rate quoted can further be negotiated by the undersigned.

SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Sl. 2. / Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm including water and ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.
3. / Filling in foundation of plinth by excavated earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating same through complete saturation by water ramming.
4. / Supplying & laying polythene sheet (150 gm/sq. m) over dam proof course or below flooring or roof terracing on foundation trenches.
5. / Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar with 6;1 proportion in foundation & plinth.
6. / Hire & labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works( up to roof of ground floor) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per design and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

7. / Reinforcement or reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, blinders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of lose rust(if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauze black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction for works in foundation, basement and up to roof of ground floor/ up to 4 m.8. / Plaster( wall, floor ceiling etc) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface by chamfering etc. including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary (Ground Floor) i) 15 mm thick plaster(1:6)
9. / Net Cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, window sills floor, drain etc.(Cement 0.152 cum, per 100 sq.m)
10. / Nominal mix M-15 Cement concrete with graded stone chips(20 mm. size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any in ground floor. Pakur/chandi variety.
11. / Supplying, fitting galvanized 3 ply gauze/ 4 points line of barbed wire in fencing (holes already made in the body of the post) or fixed by staples tightening and fixing the wire in taint condition with straining bolts including the cost of cutting and of lapping joints in the wire as necessary but excluding the cost of galvanized staples straining bolts and binding wires where ever necessary.
12. / Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. angle 65 mm X 65 mm X 8 mm in size complete as per direction of engineer- in- charge.

13. / M.S. or W.I. ornamental grill of approved design joint continuously welded with M.S., W.I. sq. bars for gate fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. Grill weighing above 16 kg/ sq.m.14. / Extra for work in grill gate for locking arrangements including supply of materials and labour charges.
15. / Priming one coat of timber plastered or on steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel / coli bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand paper.
16. / Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening by sand paper etc., including use of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary on steel or other metal surface with super glass(Hi Gloss) two coat with any approved shade except white.
17. / Supplying fitting and fixing 10 swg, iron net for fencing work complete in all respect as drawing direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
18. / Supplying, fitting and fixing with nut bolt in junction of concrete and basement of VIC size and specification as per drawing.
19. / Supplying 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed one or both cases of M.S. or W.I. Gate etc. with point welding at more than 1.5 mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.
