Who am I ?

I am a bilingual French/English professional engineer with 16 years of “part time” and 5 years of “full time” experience as a Freelance Translator(English to French-Canadian), and with 29 years of “full time” experience in engineering fields related to electronic system installations supporting civil aviation operations in Canada. I worked 25 years (1971 to 1996) for Transport Canada Aviation Group (), and 4 years (1996 to 2000) for NAV CANADA Aviation Group (). Starting in 1984, while still working as a “Full Time Electronic System Engineer”, I became gradually involved as a “Part Time Freelance Translator”, but I left NAV CANADA on March 1, 2000 to become a “Full Time Freelance Translator” from my home office in Montreal, Canada. I can translate engineering and technical documents related to electrical, mechanical, civil, electronics, computers, and telecommunications fields (and many other related engineering and technical fields), but I can also translate non-technical, and general documents.
