Note:

In the past, the applications submitted were of widely varying length. We therefore recommend a maximum limit of 15pages of text for the entire application, i.e., one page per question.

Enclosures, such as accompanying documents, are admissible, but should be limited to the minimum necessary.

Graphic material is admissible, as long as it genuinely complements the text and remains within limits. This applies particularly to concrete examples (e.g. screen images, posters, correspondence). Such material may well be a valuable addition.

All legal provisions on data protection will of course be strictly adhered to.

Strategy and acceptance (30%)

Question 1

Is ideas management part of your company’s strategy? If so, in what form? Which lasting successes can you cite in support?

Is ideas management in your company interlinked with other corporate programs (e.g. innovation management, knowledge management, Operational Excellence etc.)? If so, with which programs and how?

How is senior management and/or the board involved in ideas management and how strongly are they committed to this?

Are these part of a works agreement with your employees and if so, how important is it in this context if goals are met?
