- World Religions and Philosophies
- Choose 5 fictional characters (you may use cartoons, literature, superheroes, film characters, etc.) and for each one provide:
- A brief explanation of who this character is
- An explanation of what religion or philosophy this character would practice and why. This part is crucial. You need to CONVINCE me of each character’s belief system using MULTIPLE and SPECIFICpieces of evidence.
- Requirements
- In selecting a belief system for each character, please consider mostly the personality of the character and the way in which his or her behavior (i.e. typical actions, interaction with others, occupation, etc.) reflects key concepts associated with a particular religion or philosophy.
- For each character, do NOTassign a religion or philosophy that is the same as the one that the character is already known to practice. Also, please use each belief system only ONCE.
- VISUALS : Insert a visual of each character as they may enable me to process characters that I am not familiar with.
- You may choose from the following religions/philosophies:
- Hinduism, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Shinto, Daoism, Confucianism, or Legalism.
- FORMAT: Although a COVER PAGE is required, you may organize the remainder of the assignment in any way that you feel best conveys the necessary information as long as it is done in a coherent and thoughtful manner.
