  • Assessments undertaken in a converted barn with natural light, an ideal environment to ensure that students are able to perform within a relaxed environment with no distractions.
  • To book an appointment please text or email me. Appointments will be fitted around your commitments and usually within 2 weeks. Majority of assessments concentrate on identifying dyslexia although dyspraxia and dyscalculia indicators can be indicated.
  • Many tests are used to establish the nature of any difficulties which the student may have. It can be seen as a time of self-reflection where students can identify their strengths and weaknesses through the tests which are administered.
  • The assessment takes between 3- 4 hours and breaks for a drink and biscuit are provided. This allows time for the student to talk about themselves and how they have found education this far and enable them to get a better understanding of dyslexia.
  • The assessment is full undertaken and the report written by myself. The completed report is usually returned within 14 days and will be sent to the student by email and they are encouraged to check the factual information.
  • The report is written as recommended for acceptance by the DSA.
