Amendment 1: Barling J replaces Norris J as the Vice-Chancellor of the County Palatine of Lancaster and will sit at Leeds 9-13 October and 11-15 December and Newcastle 4-8 December. Leggatt J will sit at Leeds 16 October – 10 November; previously Judge to be Named (JTBN).
