Q: Why do PC’s & Consultants have to provide SS#?

A: It’s the federal law. As a PC you have the possibility of making over $600 in a year, and anything over $600 must be 1099’d for tax reasons. No SS#, No discount, No exceptions. Anytime someone makes over $600 a year they are subject to self employment tax.

Q: Why should I get business cards and a “myarbonne.com” website?

A: It’s a business must! The only way to get “referrals” from Arbonne Corp. If someone signs up from your website, they automatically go under your team. Your business cards need to have your myarbonne website on it, have your name, cell #, ID#...pic if you want. We recommend NO address for safety.

Q: I gave the RE9 Sample to someone and they “broke out” why?

A: How long have they used it? If people “break out” it is not due to Arbonne. Arbonne is a water based product that absorbs into the skin (like its supposed to) and will bring imperfections to the surface. Ask what other products are they currently “mixing” with our RE9 line…is it cosmetics that have mineral oil or animal by product? If so, a mixture of that with a pure, safe product can lead to some breakouts. Keep using the product, it might take one person 2 days to adjust to something or it might take 2 weeks to adjust. If someone breaks out in day 1 or 2 and stops, your defeating the purpose of the cleansing process, keep using. It will heal your skin and help it balance out eventually. ANOTHER COMMON THING THAT HAPPENS…Someone may see the cost of the product they are sampling and tell you they didn’t like it…You can say to them specifically that they can earn a significant discount of 80% or free when they host a get together for you! Also ANOTHER COMMON THING THAT HAPPENS…People don’t use it correctly…They sometimes use “pieces” of it and substitute their other skin care during this process. We always suggest asking them to promise to exclusively use the skin care by itself for 3-5 for feedback!

Q: How do I know which specials I've qualified for on my online order?

A: All specials qualifications are listed towards the bottom of the Shopping Cart / Order Summary page and they will be !HIGHLIGHTED! and may be ordered at that time ONLY. Always click oneach highlighted link just in case…If someone forgets to purchase or receive benefits during that order, they will NOT qualify at a later date! NO EXCEPTIONS will be made!

Q: How do I get an RMA #? (for Returns) for Arbonne’s 45 day guarantee.

A: You can get an RMA# online from the Arbonne Web Site by filling out the online RMA form located in the “Internet Consultant” section under the Field Support Tab. You can also call Arbonne and a Customer Service Rep will be able to issue you an RMA #.

If a refund is needed Arbonne will need a product return form filled out with consultant information, client information, the item names and item #, and the order number the items were purchased under.

Q: If my Preferred client signs up a Preferred client does he/she get the 15%?

A: No, it goes to the first upline consultant. If you Preferred client upgrades or “earns” the consultant status then the 15% of he/she’s Preferred client will now go to them.

Q: Does Arbonne have full discloser on all of the products?

A: Yes, go to Arbonne.com under Internet consultant’s, go to left side under “product knowledge” then to “ingredient list”
