PUBLIC NOTICE

This is with reference to our Public Notice No.PR/15/2011 which appeared on our website and in newspapers "Hindustan Times, Indian Express, Ajit, DainikBhaskar and Punjab Kesari" dated 22-10-2011 and "The TribunePunjabi Tribune" dated 23-10-2011, regarding examination schedule for the posts of Manager(Finance & Accounts), Additional Manager(Human Resources), Manager(Commercial), Manager(Information & Technology), Additional Manager(Legal Affairs), Additional Manager(Finance & Accounts), Steno-typist, Driver(Heavy Vehicle).
2.The details regarding the examination centers and the Admit Cards for all the applications, found to be valid after scrutiny, have been dispatched to all eligible candidates. All such candidates who have not received their Admit Cards till date, may check their eligibility status on our website
3.In case any eligible candidate has not received his/her Admit Card, he/she may download the proforma of the Admit Card and fill in his/her particulars and paste a recent PP size photograph, get the same attested from a Gazetted Officer. They should carry another copy of the photograph and a proof of identity showing his/her photograph alongwith this duplicate Admit Card for appearing in the examination.
4.In case the Admit Card received by the candidate has any error with regard to the particulars of the candidates, it should be ensured by such candidates that while filling their particulars in the OMR sheets, the same are filled as correct and the candidates should not contact this office for any corrections. Similarly, in case the Admit Card carries a wrong photograph, such candidates should also follow the same process and inform the Centre Superintendent on the date of the examination.
5.After the conduct of the examination, the question papers and their answer keys would be put up on our website on 15th November, 2011. In case any candidate has any objection pertaining to the answer key, he/she may submit such objection through e-mail to latest by 5.00 PM on 18th November, 2011. Thereafter, no such objection shall be entertained under any circumstances. All such objections which are received by the due date/time shall be referred to the experts for decision and the same shall be final. Thereafter, the result shall be prepared.
