PUBLIC NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED FUNDS
The City of Tyler is holding various types of property (valued at $100 or less) which were unclaimed and presumed abandoned as of March 1, 2011and is subject to Title VI, Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code. Pursuant to Sec. 76.201 of the Texas Property Code, the City of Tyler is publishing the names of those persons/entities for which the City of Tyler is holding unclaimed property valued less than $100. If your name appears in this notice, or if you have a legal or beneficial interest in property belonging to an individual or entity named herein, you may obtain information concerning the value of the property being held and a claim form by which you may present proof of your claim and establish your legal right to receive your property of $100 or less by calling (903) 531-1138.
