The Rainforest Alliance is conducting a Chain of Custody (CoC) with Controlled Wood (CW)Reassessment of Softwood Plantation Exporters Pty Ltd(SW-COC-001385) located inVictoria Australia. TheReassessment will be conducted on the 15th and 16th of December 2014. Stakeholder consultation will be made before, during and after the field work, but prior to the completion of the draft report.Scope of the Certification - The CoC-CWReassessment will evaluate the organisation's CoC and CW system including High Conservation Value aspects of the forest management units managed bySoftwood Plantation ExportersPty Ltdsuppliers using FSC standards FSC-STD-40-004 and FSC-STD-40-005

-26 November 2014 –15 December 2014: Stakeholder consultation
-15 December 2014: Opening meeting with Softwood Plantation Exporters Pty Ltd
-15 December 2014 -16 December 2014:Reassessment of CoC manufacturing facilities and CW suppliers
-15 December 2014: Closing meeting with Softwood Plantation Exportersstaff and presentation of preliminary findings. Final data collection.
- 17 December 2014 -14January 2014: Production of draft report
Your Input Sought - As part of the FSC Chain of Custody with Controlled WoodReassessment process we invite stakeholders to offer comment and feedback onSoftwood Plantation Exporters Pty LtdControlled Wood source in relation to the requirements of the Chain of Custody standardsreferencedabove. We welcome input, either public or confidential, in whatever form is easiest and most secure for you. Your input will be valuable at any stage of thereassessment process, but we would prefer to receive your comments either prior to the audit, during the audit or priorto 15th December 2014 so we can take them into consideration. Your options for communicating your observations to us are as follows:
1. Meet with a Rainforest Alliance audit team member during the fieldwork.
