a) Addlethorpe Leisure – Change of use of land to site 6 static caravans (retrospective planning for 2) at Kings Head, Orby Road, Referred to Full Planning Committee on 17th November 2016. This was then deferred for consideration at the next Planning Committee.GRANTED
b) Mr N. Hobbins – Change of use of land to provide extension to existing touring caravan site to provide pitches for 22 additional touring caravans and internal road already constructed – The Laurels, Mill Road, Referred to Full Planning Committee on 15th December 2016. GRANTED
c) Mr D Cragg – Change of use to provide an extension to the existing caravan park to provide 16no additional touring caravan pitches. Land: adjacent to The Elms, Orby Road (next to The Cottage). Called into Planning Committee on Thursday 12th January 2017.
11) To note planning applications:
a)Hardys Farm Ltd – Hybrid application consisting of outline planning permission for the erection of a petrol station, a hotel, a family pub,a fast food outlet, a business centre, and a visitor centre and sales area for the sale of static caravans and associated items, sports facility and reception plus a full application for the change of use of land for holiday accommodation in the form of 449no static caravan plots, 30no lodges, camping pitches, approx. 540 no touring caravan pitches, excavation of lakes and provision of a cross country track. Land adjoining Grays Farm, Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells.
