The shirts will be sport grey. The design is a three color design containing forest green, gold and white.

Now it’s time to order your FREE T-shirt!
PARENTS please complete the bottom portion of this letter and return to your child’s homeroom teacher by NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JANUARY 20, 2017. T-shirts will be distributed in late February so all students will have them to wear for class field trips and the carnival.
If you are interested in purchasing additional T-shirts, you may order them on this form also. Additional T-shirts are $8.00 ($10.00 for Adult XXL, $12.00 for XXXL) and must be paid for when you return this form to your child’s teacher. Checks must be made payable to the Forest Hills PTO.
