  • Bianco’s - Workouts to begin on January 12, 2018 – 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • $50.00 per player
  • Buses to be provided to players from school to facility
  • Parents/Players responsible for transporting home

Minutes from December 4, 2017 meeting were reviewed and approved by John Pastor with second by Dean Shovolt.

  • Concussion testing – every 2 years (9th and 11th)

  • DiAngelo Family/Sally Scramble
  • PT Leadership Form – January 18, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. for Players
  • Varsity game – PNC Park – April 21st 2:30 p.m.
  • Booster Dues - $100 per player - Boosters working on paying more towards Spring Trip – Requires participation by all in fundraisers.
  • Need parent volunteers to assist with fundraisers
  • Bianco’s fee - $50.00 per player
  • Both amounts to be given to Treasurer, Tammy Krisher no later thantoday’s meeting.

Diamond Backers CoffeeChair: Beth Quinn –Sold 189 bags with profit of $1,300.00.

Spring Media GuideChair: Greg Mottola - Our biggest fundraiser. Need volunteers/chairperson for next year. Flyers to be given to players/parents at January 8th meeting.

Pirate GameChairs: Beth Mary and Andrea Young. Beth Mary discussed dates for games discussed. All teams to participate. Varsity team gets to play at PNC Park. 500 tickets must be sold. JV to sit in dug out with Freshman behind the dugout. Tailgate after the game.

St. Vincent DePaul Donation Drives

Chair: Kim Daly. Securing a date. 4-hours in duration. We are paid by pound with players helping to fill the truck. Last year earned $800.00.

Youth Baseball Clinic Chairs: Dave Ploskina and Chad Lehman

Super Bowl PoolChair: Dave Hoffmann – Need to fill 100 blocks at $20.00 per box. We will earn $1,000.00 profit. To begin at today’s meeting.

ChipotleChair: Greg Mottola - Last week of February. Email blast to be sent.

March Madness PoolPossible Chair: Pat Stabile
