RECRUITMENT OF TWO ASSISTANT REGISTRARS ON TRANSFER/DEPUTATION BASIS

Applications on plain paper, addressed to the Registrar, Pt. BhagwatDayalSharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak,are invited to fill up two vacant posts of Assistant Registrar in this University by way of taking two Assistant Registrars on transfer/deputation basis from other Universities of Haryana State recognized by the UGC. An option is hereby given to all the eligible

Assistant Registrars working in other Universities of Haryana State to send through proper channel their Resume/Bio-data alongwith proof of qualifications, experience, present pay/Pay Band, age, whether option for these posts is on Transfer or Deputation basis etc. The terms & conditions for this Recruitment are as follows:-

  1. On transfer to the cadre of this University, the seniority of the transferees will be reckoned from the date of joining in this University. So far as other terms & conditions of their transfer are concerned, they will be governed by the Rules/Regulations framed/ to be framed/amended from time to time by this University.
  2. The age of the transferee should not exceed 55 years on the last date of receipt of Resume/ Bio-data.
  3. The retirement age will be 62 years as in the case of similarly placed persons of this University.
  4. The pay scale as applicable to the similarly placed person(s) of this University will be granted. In case an Assistant Registrar is getting higher pay in the parent University, benefit of protection of pay will also be admissible.
  5. In the event of deputation, the period of deputation will be two years in the first instance (extendable). Other terms and conditions of deputation will be decided later on.

Academic, Registration & Affiliation, conduct of examinations, Secrecy, Preparation & Declaration of Results etc.

Academic Qualifications (Eligibility) :Graduate from a recognized University with ability to Use/ Operate Computer.
