Before filling out this form, please make sure that you meet the university requirements to enroll in Psych99 or 199. We have no control over these policies; you are not eligible unless you meet them.
Requirements for Psych 99 (lower division):
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA for preceding 3 quarters
Requirements for Psych199 (upper division):
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA for preceding 3 quarters
- Psychology major or pre-major
- Upper division standing
- Completed at least 2Psych courses 100 or above
