- 12 teams registering
- 21 changes and anticipating a lot more with the 19th a deadline

- 3 new girls almost fully registered (u8) switching to 7v7

- Finishing HS passes
- 2 HS papers not completed – u17 & u15 (both emailed, next step to reach out to coach)

- NISL Schedule meeting – emailing out games and game changes (5/1 deadline)
- Jonny doing a step by step Bonzi walk through with coaches in case it is needed.
- Randy – stresses PM should be in Bonzi, not coaches
- Jenny recapped that we can only change HOME games
- Prem 3 (u12 & u13) referees are covered by league
- We are suspicious and Sue will still get PM’s the money in case
- Jonny has notified PM’s of changes and he will send out final approved one that reflects the last change.
- Randy asked that coaches make sure PM’s have player passes

- Spring Prep
- Game balls need to be prepped
- Cleo guest issue – 7 games had inferno players guesting but we were unaware. Guest play is not allowed for league play. Lack of EMR as well. Michael to discuss with Cleo the guest issue.
- Katurah stressed that overall the team is fine and wants kid playing.
- Randy stressed club over team decisions. Opening up to liability & tampering.

- Sue was discussing a meeting but waiting on date set up
- Sue to send out answers to questions.
- Insurance – Club policy
- Trying to determine the lapses in coverage regarding IYSA.
- Randy asked Kevin to look into this.
- It might be tied into the Dome not being covered by IYSA.
- We need to request a cert of insurance to NISL.
- Randy asked Jennie to follow up with NISL on how/what is being covered now that Bollinger (sp?) is no longer covering as of 1/1/16.

- Tryout -
- Blue Sombrero – JM reported that tryout is 99% set but this week JM will send invite to board to test through.

- Michael discussed tryout plan regarding 2 tryouts and the reasoning behind it.
- Discussed dealing with people who cannot make both tryouts.
- Signs (getting a count – email Chad about that)
- 2 per tryout per time spot (4 per hour)
- Registration - Sunday/Monday –June 5th & 6th
- 10 people per (we also can use HS)
- 4-9pm
- Tourney -
- 93 teams registered (25 PSC) ahead of 2014 pace a little
- Red Star wants to do a promotion with winning team (18 tickets) - They want to offer this in exchange for website and links.
- Also asked about renaming a division. A banner on the fence.
- Golf carts (working on it through sources outside of OPD)
- Starting capped at 6@$15 per player and then they will open it up.
- Credits will not be used for deposit.

- Mark – Fire. Wide open regarding dates. Summer outing is preferred.
- Roger Basske to be put in contact with Mark about helping out regarding fundraising.

- Jenny is in contact with the existing vendor and he has vowed to improve. (logo shirt factory in Yorkville)
- Sticking with the same to keep up continuity.
- Eileen Leger discussed issues in history dealing with Logo Shirt Factory
- Coach Kloseterman looking for 1 night of lodging, per diem.
