Provision of uniforms for employees in the healthcare sector

Consultation guidelines

In winter/spring 2014, the Central Denmark Region expects to be offering, among other things, white uniforms for healthcare professional employees at the region’s hospitals.

In order to make sure that good offers are not excluded because of inappropriate requirements, the Central Denmark Region has chosen to conduct a consultation on the product requirements drawn up.

We invite all potential tenderers to review the enclosed material and to submit responses with comments about any inappropriate requirements. It would be very helpful if the responses contain detailed explanations. If the consultation response relates to a specific requirement or extract from the tender conditions and the contract in the consultation material, please refer to the point in question.

The orderer is particularly interested in receiving comments on the schedule, the division into sub-agreements and the contractual price requirements, including the submittal of tenders in Danish kroner and the requirement for no exchange rate adjustment. The orderer invites comments from the tenderer regarding the extent to which the submittal of tenders in other currencies might be of interest.

NB: All requirements listed in the specifications of requirements are to be considered minimum requirements (requirements that must be satisfied)!

  • General overview of the provisional collection, denoting the models included in this consultation (a cross next to the styles included).
  • Extract from the tender conditions and the contract in respect of which the orderer wishes to receive the tenderer’s comments.

The consultation responses will be dealt with by the orderer’s user group, which consists of various representatives from relevant units/departments associated with the purchasing and handling of the products included in this tender process.
