Your yard sign will create better results if it includes a 24 hour recorded hotline for prospects to call for information. I’ll even lend you mine if you’d like.

To improve your classified ads you probably have to improve your headline. It must be exciting, thought provoking, arouse interest and prompt action. It must be bold, preferably all in capital letters and two to three times larger than the normal text in the ad.

To receive the best results from your Open House, here are a few tips: First, be sure you have enough signage. You must lead the buyer right to the property. Secondly, be aware of the outside of the property. The yard needs to be clean and neat, bushes and trees trimmed, lawn freshly mowed, garage door closed and no cars parked in the driveway. Lastly, the interior of the home needs to have the right lighting, proper placement of furniture, a fresh scent, etc... visit any model home to get a complete picture of how your home should look.
