PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL LIST

NHS Fife is in joint consultation with Harminder Shergill T/A Dalgety Healthcare regarding their proposed application for a new pharmacy to open within Unit 1A, Moray Way North, Dalgety Bay. NHS Fife has to decide whether granting of the application would be necessary or desirable in order to secure adequate provision of pharmaceutical services in the neighbourhood in which the premises are located by persons whose names are included in the pharmaceutical list.

Harminder Shergill T/A Dalgety Healthcarewho wishesto submit the application has defined the neighbourhood as Dalgety Bay in its entirety.

NHS Fife and Harminder Shergill T/A Dalgety Healthcareare undertaking a joint public consultation. This consultation has two main purposes:

a. / to assess the current provision of pharmaceutical services in the neighbourhood and whether it is adequate; and
b. / to establish the level of support from residents in the neighbourhood for the application.
