PROMOTION SUMMARY –Ladies’ Day Purses & Cash

A.PROMOTION DAYS; PROMOTIONAL PERIOD.

  1. Planned Dates of Promotion: Greektown Casino, L.L.C. (“Greektown”) will host this promotion on the following Sundaysthroughout September2015: September 6, September 13, September 20 and September 27.
  1. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period is from approximately 4:00am through approximately 4:00pm on eachSunday in September2015.

B.METHODS OF ENTERING.

  1. Activation Period:

a.To participate in the virtual drawing for the applicable Sunday, Participants must activate their virtual drawing entries beginning at approximately 9:00 am on the applicableSunday during the Promotional Period and ending at approximately 4:00 pm on the applicableSunday during the Promotional Period (each such period, the “Activation Period”).

b.Participants must activate their virtual drawing entry in one of the following manners:

  1. Swiping their GT Rewards card at a promotional kiosk, selecting the promotional icon for this virtual drawing, and following the instructions on the screen.
  2. Playing a reel slot, video slot, video poker, Participation Game, or electronic table game and concluding play of such game within the Activation Period. As used herein, “concluding play” means a Participant removing their GT Rewards card from the game during the Activation Period.
  3. Playing any table game and concluding play of such game within the Activation Period. As used herein, “concluding play” means a Participant requesting a Greektown team member to close their rating and the Greektown team member actually closing the Participant’s rating during the Activation Period.

c.If a Participant does not activate their virtual drawing entry within the Activation Period, the Participant will be deemed to have forfeited their virtual drawing entry(ies).

  1. Entries:

a.Invited female Participants will receive one (1) free virtual drawing entry.

b.Invited female Participants will receive one (1) additional virtual drawing entry for every one (1) promotional ticket earned during the Promotional Period.

c.The public may also receive an advertisement (through email, text, phone, newspaper, social media, direct mail, by hand outs in the casino, at a kiosk, etc.) to come to Greektown for additional virtual entries. In order to receive additional virtual entries, you must be an invited Participant.

  1. How to Earn Promotional Tickets:

a.Reel Slots & Video Slots. Participants playing reel slots or video slots with their GT Rewards card properly inserted will earn one (1) promotional ticket for each one (1) point earned in CMP. $1.00 coin-in is equal to one (1) point earned.

b.Video Poker & Participation Games. Participants playing video poker or a Participation Game with their GT Rewards card properly inserted will earn one (1) promotional ticket for each one (1) point earned in CMP. $3.00 coin-in is equal to one (1) point earned.

  • “Participation Game” means a branded slot machine (for example, Wheel of Fortune, True Blood, etc.). A Participant should inquire with a slot team member about a specific game prior to the guest playing a slot machine to verify whether the slot machine is a Participation Game.

c.Table Games & Electronic Table Games. Participants playing any table game or electronic table games will earn ten (10) promotional tickets for every one dollar ($1.00) in rated theoretical casino win earned in CMP.

C.METHOD OF WINNING.

  1. When a Participant’s name is drawn, such Participant will have five (5) minutes from the first announcement of his/her name and/or account number to personally claim their prize at the Marketing or Player Development area designated by Greektown in order to be eligible to win their prize. If the Participant claims the prize within this allotted time, the Participant will be eligible for the prize only if the Participant meets the definition of Winning Participant. For purposes of this promotion, to be a Winning Participant, you must be a female GT Rewards member.
  2. Greektown will continue to draw names until all prizes are awarded to Winning Participants.
  3. A Participant is limited to only one (1) prize each Sunday during the Promotional Period. Accordingly, if a Participant’s name is previously drawn to win a prize during this promotion on a particular Sunday, and the Participant’s name is subsequently drawn again that same Sunday, the subsequent drawing will be deemed void and treated as forfeited. In the event of the foregoing, Greektown will continue to draw names until all prizes are awarded to Winning Participants.

D.TYPE AND AMOUNT OF PRIZES TO BE AWARDED:

  1. The virtual drawings shall take place at a Marketing or Player Development area designated by Greektown and will occur on the dates set forth above at the times set forth below.
  2. Thefollowing six(6) prizes will be awarded at each Sunday virtual drawings:

4:00 PM / Designer Purse, together with a cash prize ranging from $250.00 - $1,000.00 / 1

*The following cash prizes will be awarded at each Sunday virtual drawing:

  • Two (2) $250.00 cash prizes
  • Two (2) $500.00 cash prizes
  • Two (2) $1,000.00 cash prizes

E.RULES: This Promotion Summary generally describes the promotion, how to enter the promotion, and win the prizes summarized above. This promotion is further subject to Greektown’s “Virtual Drawing Promotion Rules”. These rules are available at the GT Rewards desk during its normal hours of operation.
