1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to Coastline Credit Union (CCU) members. Employees of CCU and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promotion commences at 9am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings time (AEDST) on 13 November 2017 and ends at 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Savings time (AEDST) on 15 December 2017.
4. To be eligible for the prize draw you must be 18 years of age or older and be an existing CCU member.
5. Update your contact details during the promotional period through one of the following channels; online through Internet Banking at https://digital.coastline.com.au/, in store or over the telephone with a CCU Call Centre Staff member on 1300 36 1066.
6. The contact details must include at least one of the following; Mobile Phone Number, Home Phone Number, Home Email Address , Business Email Address, Residential Address or PO Box Address.
7. CCU will conduct the draw on Monday 18 December 2017 at 11am, at the registered office of CCU, 64 Elbow Street, West Kempsey NSW 2440.
8. The first eligible entry drawn will win an Apple iPhone X 64GB Silver.
9. Winners will be notified by telephone and in mail soon after the draw takes place. The winners will also be advertised on CCU’s Facebook Page and website www.coastline.com.au
10. Total prize pool is valued at $1,579
11. Prizes are not transferable
12. Each entry becomes the property of CCU. All details will be held in accordance with CCU’s Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.coastline.com.au or calling 1300 36 1066.
13. CCU’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. CCU is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. By entering the competition, the major prize winner agrees to the use of their names, images and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that CCU will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of CCU which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, CCU reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. CCU may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
17. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into CCU’s database. CCU is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. CCU is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
18. Prizes will be issued to winners within 14 days of the prize draw taking place.
