Format: Fontes Swiss Pairing with KOTH last round; repeats possible for last round only

Registration / 9.30 am / Round 4 / 12.50 pm
Intro / 9.40 am / Round 5 / 1.40 pm
Round 1 / 9.45 am / Round 6 / 2.30 pm
Round 2 / 10.35 am / Round 7 / 3.20 pm
Round 3 / 11.25 am / Round 8 / 4.10 pm
Lunch / Prizegiving / 5.10 pm

Please be prompt as we have to tidy up and vacate the premises by 5.30pm

Tournament fee: £15.00 for ABSP members, £17.00 for non-members

Free entry is available for ABSP members aged under 18 years. Please contact the organiser for confirmation.

Refreshments: Tea, coffee, squash and refreshments available throughout the day. Lunch is NOT provided.

Prize Fund : £240 based on 40 players, will reduce if not fully subscribed. The winner of Division A will also receive The Graeme Thomas Memorial Trophy, to be retained for one year.

Travel: Ample free car parking available on site. 2 minute walk from Chigwell Underground Station on the Central Line.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry and, if the number of entries makes it necessary, to adjust the sizes of the playing groups and/or prize allocations.
