4. Annexes

Please follow the instructions given in the General Assessment Guide while documenting building performance.

Basic & Quick Assessment

The main hazards of failure of one more load-bearing members are not taken in consideration. In spite of fact that building was constructed after 9/11 accident, no assessment of robustness, except necessary and obligatory by local regulations have been done. Robustness during construction was proven by simple and stabileconstruction of high stiffness. Effects of poor quality and deterioration of materials were avoided by frequent laboratory tests.

======

Short English explanation of the performance achieved with reference to the documents used as reference when easily and quickly accessible documentation possible (see Complete Assessment).

Please include if possible the table with the list of building components and their layers classified by the degree of ease of dismantling and recycling, or the degree of ease of separation.

A3. National basic and best practices
For each sub-indicator, please specify the current benchmarks from guidelines or regulations corresponding to practices from basic level to best performances in Serbia.
Sub-indicator 4.2.1 Evidence of Professional Requirements
There are neither benchmarks nor examples of basic and best practices.
There are the following examples of practices/benchmarks in use :
10 / Best practice (target) / Description of the best practice/value of the target aimed.
9
8 / …
7
6
5 / Example: my Building performance / Example: my practice explained here/value achieved or planned
4
3
2
1 / Basic practice (regulation) / Description of the basic practice from regulation/value of minimum requirements to be respected
0 / No respect of regulation
Please select in the table your building performance in your opinion, if you had to rate it without the OPEN HOUSE methodology benchmarks.
Use the scale from 1 to 10 (1 for a basic practice according to regulations in Serbia., 10 for a best practice corresponding to a target achievement in Serbia.), and explain your choice in the “description field”.
